If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms you can use the self-assessment tool, available at www.ontario.ca/flu. It asks a few questions and provides advice on whether you should stay home or seek medical care. It also lists the symptoms you should act on immediately. You can also contact your health care provider or TeleHealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.
You can also get information about the H1N1 flu virus by calling the Service Ontario INFOline at 1-800-476-9708.
