- Position Summary:
As a part of the Kenora Rainy River Preschool Speech & Language Program team the Speech Language Pathologists deliver innovative community-based speech and language services to preschool children and their families in Dryden and the surrounding area.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in either Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (S-LP Major);
- Eligible for registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). CASLPO mentorship and CFY supervision are available.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently and in a team setting
- Other:
- All new Northwestern Health Unit employees are required to be fully vaccinated with a Health Canada approved COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of hire, unless medically exempt or otherwise exempt under the Ontario Human Rights Code
- Access to transportation. Mileage allowance provided.
- Successful candidate requires a clear Criminal Reference Check prior to start of work
